We take extreme care in crating and shipping your investment. All original artworks are fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the artwork. We will work directly with the insurance carrier to resolve the claim.
